I found this classic little number in a series of "how to succeed in business by reading these stupid books" books from the 1960's.  In this particularly perceptive and scientifically astute section,  we're told that endomorphs (fat guys) tend to be lovable, complacent and sociable.  Mesomorphs (regular guys) tend to like "physical adventure" and are both competitive and energetic.  But beware the ectomorph (tall and skinny)!  He's tense, sensitive, self-conscious, insecure and secretive (read: smart).

What you want is a company full of endomorphs managed by mesomorphs, with nary an ectomorph in sight. 

We all know life sucked for women and minorities in the 1960's.  Apparently, it sucked for tall skinny guys as well...
