You know how the New Testament sort of leaves out something like 12 years of Mr. Christ’s life? Well the Teaching of the Beauty Secrets to the Shepherds by the Lake is one of the things that happened during that “lost” period.  The authors of the N.T. didn’t think it fit in very well with his image, so this inspiring episode ended up in the dustbin of history.
